Taxe de Sejours (Tourist Tax) :- we are obliged by the site to collect 60p per day (£3.50per wk) Tourist tax per guest 13 years and older at time of holiday : Security Payment :- A £55 security payment is required with bookings, £10 refundable when key returned and £15 returned if no damages or breakages.
Booking Fee £5 up to 7 days £10 8 days and over
Services charge £2-50p per day (for gas,electric,water etc.).
Cheques can be accepted in Euros ( € ), exchange rate given at times of payment. Credit card payments are via PayPal (you need an e-mail addres). If using this method of payment please add 3.6% to the total holiday cost to cover our charges with PayPal (Thanks). Or if you use internet banking you can transfer funds at no cost to our account.
All Bookings are from 4pm. on day of arrival till 10am. on day of departure. Guests are expected to leave the vans clean and tidy for the next guests.
